About Us

Nanci Savage, co-founder of QB Solution Center, has been serving small to medium size businesses since 1999 providing solutions using Intuit products and services along with 3rd party integrated products which help solve specific industry client customization requests. Some of these applications include ACCTivate Inventory, Fishbowl Inventory, Webgility, T-Hub, QuickBooks® Payroll, QuickBooks® Merchant Services, QuickBooks® Point of Sale. Originally from Chicago, IL, Nanci attended DePaul University and majored in Accounting and Human Resources. With more than 25 years field experience in many industries (of which 15 years were in a Vice President/Controller role), Nanci brings a wealth of knowledge along with a tool bag of tips and tricks she willingly shares with her clients. She provides accounting and consulting services to clients primarily in the construction, wholesale, distribution, retail and service industries. Nanci’s ability to sort through the needs of her customers to customize a solution creates a solid foundation for implementing client projects. These projects can vary in size and scope from helping to clean up an “accounting mess,” complex reconciliations, periodic data reviews to full blown accounting system/software conversions. Her clients often take advantage of Nanci’s many areas of accounting expertise which include inventory management, job costing, budgeting, cash flow projections and developing internal processes and procedures. Of course no accounting conversion is complete without staff training and Nanci excels in this area, offering onsite or remote support and education to groups or one-on-one.

Nanci is an Advanced Certified Pro Advisor, Certified QuickBooks®® Enterprise Solutions Advisor and Certified QuickBooks®® Point of Sale Advisor. Other certifications include QuickBase, Field Service Management, Acctivate Inventory and Fishbowl Inventory. As a charter member of the Intuit Solution Provider Program (name currently Intuit Premier Reseller Program), Nanci has been awarded the Customer Satisfaction award from Intuit for providing superior customer service.

Elissa Greeley, co-founder of QB Solution Center, has served small to medium businesses since 1992 providing guidance in accounting software, bookkeeping and business management. In 1998 she began supporting the QuickBooks® product line. For 20 years, Elissa has supported, worked in and consulted with companies in many industries including Professional Services, Consumer Services, Non-Profit, Retail, Wholesale, Construction, Finance, Marketing and Membership Organizations. She works regularly with CPAs, Insurance Agents, Attorneys, Commercial Real Estate Brokers, HR experts, Bankers, Software Developers and IT professionals as a project scope requires. Elissa is trained in specific third party software that integrates with QuickBooks® and is aligned with the software developers and experts of others. Some of these software’s include Fishbowl Inventory, Avalara Sales Tax Management, Method Integration ( CRM and database customization), Unidata (QuickBooks® and administrative hosting), QuickBooks® Payroll, QuickBooks® Merchant Services, QuickBooks® Point of Sale, and TSheets timecard management,). Elissa also manages many ongoing client relationships in her practice where she performs key activities for her clients. These activities range in scope and include all or any part of daily entry of transactions, payroll, monthly reconciliations, quarterly/annual book review, QuickBooks® technical support and business consulting.
